1. Cross beam is a cast iron structure having V grooved slides for ample contact of bearing surface. This will improve the smooth, vibration free movement of the spindle housing.

2. The cross beam is mounted on the cast iron column with rectangular slide-ways, precision finished and force lubricated for longer life.

3. The slides are covered with special material to avoid slipstick or jerky movement of the spindle housing.

4. Amply powered main spindle with compact gear box to give more production and protection against stalling.

5. Rigid and robust work table to withstand rough working conditions, can be loaded with blocks upto 10 tonnes.

6. Accurate and precision sized slabs of each cutting as work table displacement is controlled by an encoder.

7. The overall construction of the machinery is very rigid and highly sophisticated for long life of the machine and better quality of the product.
